Born in Toronto and raised in Hong Kong, I credit the epic East-meets-West experiences from my childhood that painted critical perspectives on how we live. Growing up, I moved constantly. If my count is correct, I moved 10 times by the time I was 20 years old. Only in the last decade have I finally found my way to setting down roots; I empathise with anyone who desires to do the same and fully comprehend any hesitation or caution along the way.

As a natural-born problem solver (that’s what happens when you are the eldest!), my instinct is to always get ahead of every potential scenario. This provides you, as the client, the ability to anticipate a range of possibilities, be prepared, and not feel like the rug has been pulled out from under you. Things always come up when dealing with real estate—I’d be more surprised if a transaction goes 100% smoothly—so it’s not just about avoiding worst case scenarios (that’s a given), it’s also about positioning yourself to be ready for anything.

My background in the design industry underpins my ability to execute marketing plans effectively and achieve top notch results in real estate. The aim is to make your property take the spotlight—it’s the star and it’s got to shine. Additionally, my retail and service experiences contribute to helping through a “people first” lens. Combined, the intention is to guide my clients with this ultimate goal in mind: how do we make the wisest decision, with the resources we have in this specific moment, for you and your family in the foreseeable future?
